What a great time we all had at the Gospel Post Convention.  All I can say is, if you did not receive a blessing it must have been because you were not there.  Many thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it happen, especially the Reflectsons and members of their families.  It was a wonderful night!  So good to see all of our singing friends once again, and we may not have the privilege of being together again until next year. 

Just to let you know that all of us in Southland send our congratulations and wish for you a great and safe season as you sere the Lord and bring honor to His name in your ministry.  Keith was very thankful and honored to be inducted into the Gospel Post Hall of Fame.  Although he did not get to sing this year, we are praying that he will be able to soon.

I was savoring every moment of the evening.  I once heard someone say, "We don't remember days; we remember moments."  However, at today's hectic pace, we often forget to savor small pleasures while we are busy making big plans.  In the race to be better or best, we sometimes lose sight of "just being."  And just being, soaking in and savoring a beautiful moment God has put before us can provide some of life's greatest pleasures.  Gathering around a crackling fire on a cold winter's evening, a good book, a letter from a loved one, a spectacular sunset, a great meal, or a timeless moment with your child or a friend.....these moments, if we stop long enough to enjoy, are a true gift from God and are the essence of life.  We must not allow the clock or the calendar to blind us to the fact that each moment is a miracle.

I would like to say how proud I am of my family --  Keith, Stant and Sharon, Bert and Barb, and Andy and Janice.  All that you do to make this ministry work.  I know it takes everyone doing their part, and I thank you for your commitment to the Lord.
